Location not far from many cafes and shops, The center of NeuIsenburg and a good shopping centre. Fine breakfast to start the day...

the classic double room room included climate control, an electronic key card, and a work desk, we were happy about that. the location was strategic and comfortable, in the frankfurt area with easy access to a shopping mall and a bakery.

I enjoyed the convenient location near the Zentrum and several dining options, just a short walk away. The room was clean, compact, and perfect for my needs. The power and temperature of the shower were excellent, and it felt great to have daily cleaning service. The breakfast left something to be desired. On the first two days, with 45 minutes remaining, many items were missing, requiring requests for replenishment. The coffee could have been better as well. The experience was good, but I expected more consistency in the dining area.

The staff were EXCELLENT all the time. 15 minutes on foot from the bus stop. Great base for city trip in Neu-Isenburg. We liked everything of our stay there.

Ease of access to the city of Frankfurt and surrounding areas.

Staff lacked knowledge of local area. Absence of in-house laundry facilities; you could get laundry done but at exhorbitant laundry contractor rates only!! We did find a good laundry within easy walk of the hotel but staff either did not know about it or, were unwilling to tell us about it.

The classic double room was clean, but the A/C was poorly planned in summer.

Room very clean, comfortable bed, nice breakfast buffet. Good value for money.

Loved the convenient location near restaurants and shopping. The bar had a delicious curry coconut soup.

The Non-Smoking room was heavily smelling like cigarette smoke and tabaco fumes maybe due to seminar or conference, the room recieved the bad smell from the airconditioning and/or bathroom ventilation inlet/outlet. Looks to me like a bad design. Having irritant-induced asthma I regret this issue still causes problems. I could not open the windows for natural ventilation through the sound of traffic on the nearby road. With the windows closed the room started to smell badly through the continous intake of cigarette fumes due to other people's Cigarette Smoking habits. This was the first time I had this problem in this hotel and I have stayed here many, many times. Maybe they changed something in the ventilation system?

the room had some dirty spots the breakfast was good the staff was kind and location is great for getting to the airport 🚗🥐

Problem with airconditioning while it was up to 34 degrees outside. Can happen, but it was indicated that this was already the case for more than a week. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this kind.

Very convenient location.

No coffee nor beverages in the room. Lot's of other Mercure hotels offer this service.
